Als Chick pea curry

1 can chickpeas

1can tomatoes

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Onion red

1/2tsp ginger

1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2tsp coriander

1/2tsp turmeric

1/3 tsp chilli

1/2tsp curry powder

Pinch garam masala

Fry spices and onion in coconut oil add chickpeas and tomato’s summer for 10min-15min mash some chickpeas and serve or slow cooked 1-2hours
