Chocolate chia mousse

½ cup chocolate chips and cacao nibs melted with almond milk

½ cup coconut cream

Mix with beater and add chia seeds put in fridge to set.

Can also use cream instead of coconut cream !

Top with nibs and whipped cream

Apple oat balls

2 cups harraways oats

½ cup raisins

3 large apples (cooked in cinnamon prior)

Add all to food blender and blitz

Roll into balls let sit overnight

Peanut butter date bars

2 cups rolled oats

• 10 dates pitted

• 1 cup peanut butter

• 1/2 cup honey

• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Pulse rolled oats to you make a flour then add other ingredients.. flatten into a tin and freeze.

I left mine overnight and then cut into bars and put into fridge

 

Banana peanut butter bake
Oats 1-2cupsPeanut butter 2 TBSvanilla essence 1 tspProtein powder peanut butter cookies 1 and 1/2 scooopsBananas 3-4 bobby bananas mashed And xtra sliced for topAlmond milk 1/2cup 

Mix all ingredients and pour into bake dish add sliced bananas on top bake 20min 180degrees 


Avocado pasta 

But no pasta lol 

Zoodles, 1 slice bacon 

Cherry tomatoes 

Sauce 1/2 avacado 

1 teaspoon garlic 

Lemon juice and water 

Blitz

Cook bacon 

Add zoodles then sauce cook a little then add tomatoes..

Nice and simple


Apple cobbler 
Stew 4-5 big apples 

With natvia and cinnamon drain the water if need be.

Put into oven dish 

For topping 

100g butter 

1 1/4-2 cups gluten free self raising flour 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4 cup natvia 

1/3 cup milk Max

Sift flour and cinnamon 

Add butter and make crumbs 

Stir thru natvia 

Add milk to combine don’t have it too wet tho. 

Add Spoonfulls over the Apple mix 

Bake for 25min until golden brown !! 

Blueberry banana loaf

Dry 

1cup oat flour 

1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup natvia 

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4teaspoon nutmeg 

1/4teaspoon Clove 

Pinch salt
Wet 

3 mashed bananas 

1teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 egg

2 tablespoons honey
Mix all ingredients put into loaf tin bake 30-40min 180 degrees 

Easy dressing for salads 

2 teaspoon white wine vinegar 

4 teaspoon lemon infused olive oil

1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar 

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 

Pinch Himalayan salt and paprika 

Mix and drizzle over salad!! 

COOKIE DOUGH !!! 

INGREDIENTS
* 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

* 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 

* 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

* 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips

Blend chick peas until smooth then add other ingredients!!! Roll into balls or eat as is!!! 

BROWNIE BALLS

2 cups almonds
20 pitted dates
3 tablespoons maple syrup sugar free
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon cashew butter
Pinch salt
1/4 cup cocoa or cacao

In food processor mix almonds and blitz
Leave dates in hot water to soften
Add cocoa maple syrup salt peanut butter cashew butter and dates. Blend together

Roll into balls
Can cover in natvia icing mix or whatever or leave plain or do a mixture

Chocolate chip cookie dough balls

1:4cup coconut flour
1/4teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 mashed banana
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
2tablespoon cashew butter or almond
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1tablespoon maple syrup or honey
I used maybe a teaspoon almond milk to help get consistency I wanted for dough
Dark chocolate chips
Mix together make into balls bake on 180^ till lightly browned.

OREO CHEESECAKE no refine SUGAR.

Crushed Oreos and butter for base
Then cream cheese, whipped cream and crushed Oreos vanilla essence and natvia sweetener
for topping topped with Oreo bits
Mix cream cheese and vanilla essence add natvia slowly and then mix thru whipped cream and Oreos
Pour over base add Oreo bits then fridge till set.
Easy peasy FYI try not to eat the mix it’s good haha that’s the stuff I use u stead of powdered sugar lol way healthierIMG_3437
