Chocolate caramel slice

Slightly different take on Natvia New Zealand

Caramel slice !!

Changed a few ingredients and some I didn’t have..

Ingredients

* Base

* 1 cup almonds

* 1 tbsp peanuts and cashews

* 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

* 1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes)

*

* Filling

* 1 1/2 cup dates

* 1tbsp Barker’s of Geraldine milk

* Caramel

* 1and 1/2tsp Natvia

* 1/4 cup coconut oil

* 2 tbsp peanut spread

* 3 tbsp almond milk

* 1/4 Cup peanuts

*

* Top

* tablespoons coconut oil

* 1/3 cup melted sugar free dark chocolate

Mix base together and spread into tin,

Layer with the filling !!!

Cover with melted chocolate and refrigerate for a good few hours. Or put into freezer !!!
